question Zombie Apocalypse : Do most people have a great deal of energy on a low carb / high fat diet or a carbohydrate high / low fat diet I’m extremely high carbohydrate / low fat. If I take any form of fat, my energy level drops dramatically and my brain begins to operate at very low levels, and I can not concentrer.Je therefore have some fruit or some form of starch. the morning to start my day and give me a boost of energy to concentrate high for me and pay attention to the teacher at school Best Answer: Response

    Depends on the individual and if they’ve adapted to either mode. Usually you find you function better on one of the two.
    I do best high-fat low-carb

    personally for me i get high energy levels on high car/low fat diet.
    if you really love fruit you should read the 80/10/10 diet my dr. graham !
    this book as changed my life (cliche i know)

    i am the same with protein (and fat) for some reason when i eat high protein meal i get really tired and lethargic. i need high carb/low fat to function.
