question ME : What is the difference between the Atkins diet and low carb diet I want to lose weight. I feel that I put on a “diet”, because otherwise I do not eat no idea what I can and can have, and what I should do and what not to do. Atkins Prone to you really have to low carbohydrate consumption of something like 14 grams, where others (Protein Power) start 20 grammes.Selon you that you could say, you know your protein intake a little differently. Again, the amount is quite a difference faible.Quel diet poor in carbohydrates sure to read the book and follow the diet exactly what to do. If you eat a ton of fatty foods and then you throw too many carbs be sorry. So make sure you eat protein necessary to stop because you would lose weight if you do not eat assez.Bonne luck! I heard low carb diets can improve your mood in addition to being healthier. I LOVE pasta :-/ so I was wondering what kind of things I should eat? I only eat red meat about once a week. So just looking for suggestions or meal ideas.

Hey, I’m Ana, and I’m 13, and I weigh around 124 lbs. and I’m 5’3”. My mom has told me over and over, that all I eat is junk and sugar, and I believe her. All these 13 years of junk, led to my belly. I’m very slim in my arms, and legs, but not my belly or thighs. Recently, my mom was diagnosed with diabetes, and that made her quit drinking cold turkey. She’s on a zero carb diet, and all she eats is steak, eggs, and rarely bacon. She only drinks water, and I’m very proud of her. She has lost around 40 lbs. since October. Yesterday, I was helping my mom practice her tarot cards, and asked, “How can I get rid of my stomach before my dance recital (June 17th)?” 3 cards came up. One, was a girl drinking lemonade, but, it was upside down. my mom said, “Stop drinking the sweets! Cut out the sugar!” The next one was, a bottle of syrup [upside down]. I’m serious. “Wow. Once again, cut out the sugar!” So, I’m starting my new diet today at lunchtime. I’m not doing low-carb, or zero-carb, i’m doing very-low-carb! I highly recommend you watch “Fat Head”. It’s a documentary by Tom Naughton, and it’s very humorous, and easy to understand. He’s doing a follow-up to “Super Size Me” but, he’s trying to prove the government wrong, and it works. It’s a MUST SEE if you’re doing Low-Fat or a.k.a. Weight Watchers. Heexplains the the only diet that works, is low carb. It’s kind of hard to explain, so you’ve gotta see it! He interviewed scientists and doctors, and they all had the same answer. But, the government makes them say the wrong things.
Another must-READ, is Trick and Treat, [I'm not sure who the author is] but it is about the medical industry, and my mom loved the book. Another great book is ” Good Calories Bad Calories” by Gary Taubes. He was mentioned in “Fat Head”, also.

You are a comedian! Only one thing, I am not one to stop anyone having a laugh but a low carb diet is very bad for diabetics. They need carbs to balance their insulin! I love the Tarot card of a girl drinking lemonade, it is near the beer drinking donkey!

Okay, so for my new years resolution, I’ve decided on the low-carb diet., But the thing is, I do not really know what it is. thus easier way to put it, is that I am not really sure what foods to eat on a low carb diet. (Just like the list as much food as you want) 2) When to exercise for 15-20 minutes a day, which will increase my weight loss (Exercises like running, walking, sit-ups, etc.) 3) How many months do you think it will take for about 40-30 pounds on the low-carb diet, combined with exercise to lose (running, walking crunches, etc.) 4) How many carbs should you eat each day? 5) How much of each type of food should I eat per day (such as the amount of meat, eggs and cheese I can eat day and what is the limit?) 6) And last but not least, for you, the diet they al have tried, you gain the weight back after stopping?
