    I’m 50 years old and just beginning an exercise program on my doctor’s advice. I found Sunshine’s Beginners Exercise DVD with Lifht Weights to be just what I needed to inspire me! The DVD seems rather amateurishly done, however, I find it refreshingly simple and very easy to follow compared to the complicated, hard to follow, DVD’s I’ve tried. She first shows you how to do each exercise and then has you follow along, reminding you to breath and to drink water. At my age, all I really want are some simple, easy to follow instructions on strength training, and that is exactly what Sunshine provides in her DVDs.

    I am new to exercising with weights. I like the way Sunshine first Shows the demonstration of how to do the exercise and then she dose the exercise making it very easy for me.

    The Dvd is nicely filmed on a sunny beach making it pleasant to view and has good music.

    The exercises are done twice for the whole body in a good pace which is also easy to follow, and the first time I used the Dvd I could do all the exercises with 5 lb weights.

    The relaxation part is a definite plus, I feel invigorated and Great after I finish exercising.

    Soon I will start using heavier weights, and I will also get the Funcercise resistance bands Dvd, to add to my fitness routine and not be bored with the same exercise routine.

    Highly recommended for beginners who want a good simple basic weight training Dvd.

    I bought this DVD because I wanted to do some simple basic exercise with my own light weights. Because I am obese I do not want to use machines or do any fast paced exercises.

    This is a very good basic beginner’s exercise DVD. Sunshine is always smiling , gives proper Form & Instruction with minimal narration, and The Pace is easy to follow.

    Sunshine begins with a demonstration of the exercise and then does the exercise, which makes it very easy for me to follow.

    Since I got this DVD I have lost Weight and gained more strength in only 6 weeks. I also started eating healthy foods with the Interactive menu planner & calorie counter that is available on http://www.funcercise.com. I put in the amount of calories that I want and chose the food that I LIKE, and the planner calculates it all, making it very easy for me to stay on track and lose weight in a healthy way without dieting. I Lost 10 LB in just 14 Days.

    I am so satisfied with this Beginner’s exercise DVD that I also ordered the Funcercise Resistance Bands DVD so I can have another exercise routine and not get bored.

    This is a wonderful solution for me because I live in the Pocono mountains in PA, and I can Exercise Indoors on Hot Humid Days and on heavy snow days this coming winter.

    I recommend this Beginner’s Exercise DVD & the Funcercise Resistance Bands DVD to all who want to get fit, strong and lose weight without using machines & gyms!

    Oh my, I know I shouldnt comment after two days of following the workout tips but i have to. To my disbelief, my body felt like I worked out for hours. My stomach felt tight, after only 5 minutes of two of the workouts. I will keep you updated.

    The exercises in this book are easy to follow so even if you are a newbie to fitness you should have no trouble doing these.

    The big plus for me is the fact that you don’t need to be a member of a gym to do the exercises. It is a pretty short book but don’t let that put you off. The information in the book is more than enough to get you started on the road to fat loss and toning.

    The 15- Second Diet Tricks are really very interesting. These are nothing I have seen in any other books. Very unique. Overall great value for money. This book really makes you want to get off your butt and do something!

    Cuts through all the hype and tells you how to lose weight. It worked for me and it gave me more endurance and energy. Wish I could rate it higher. She knows what she is talking about.
