    You gotta be strict on your diet, especially if you’re not having intense workouts that are burning a lot of calories. So just make sure every day you eat only those carbs, only good quality meat, supplement with protein, and you’re good to go! and get Myfitnesspal on your phone to keep track of your calories and macros. Inbox me if you need help figuring out your calorie limits and macros.

    It’s not so much what not to take in but what you should be eating. If you are serious about losing body fat you should only be eating brown rice, oats, and whole wheat spaghetti for your carbs during your breakfast and lunches, then for every meal after lunch only eat salads (spinach and kale are the best). Then for proteins just make sure you are getting at least 120g a day, use whey powder if you need to cuz it can be hard only eating meat all day.

    your diet is how you’ll reduce the body fat around your hips; there isn’t an exercise to make that happen. muscle will either stay the same size or get bigger through exercise.

It helped James overcome his muscle development stagnation and build up toned lean muscle mass with no fat fast. I hope it will work for you too…

    Hey! We make videos for people of all fitness levels and you are right … this is a lower intensity workout. Try our HASfit 20 minute warrior workout and 30 minute ultimate warrior workout for more of a challenge…. The more activity the better!

    Hey! Almost all of the workouts at HASfit .com are great for both men and women. The only ones that I would avoid are the ones titled “Muscle Building Workouts”… unless of course you’re trying to build muscle. But other than that, don’t be afraid to try out new workouts all the time. I am releasing a new 10 minute video this Sunday on our facebook page :)
