The information over-delivered on the price. I wasn’t sure what to expect because of the low price and was quite happy the book delivered beyond my expectations. I’ll start the program next week and I’m excited to get at it.

Do you enjoy jogging? If you do, don’t bother getting this book. It’s not about long distance jogging. It’s about quick HIIT style running and alternative exercises to replace jogging for fat loss. Jogging obviously is a bad choice of exercises if your main goal is to lose weight. That should be obvious to anyone who knows of and sees joggers regularly. They don’t have impressive bodies. I’ve lost 2kg in no time fast.

My Mom got me this for my Kindle when she heard me brag about one of the author’s other titles. Running Sucks was responsible for SPIKING my weight loss. I was losing consistently based on the other book and three other titles that I incorporated into my daily lifestyle also but I knew I had to get some toning into my thighs. I thought the P-H-I-L-O-S-O-P-H-Y of this book was as powerful as its tips.

I really like this diary, it has helped me to control what I eat and lose a few pounds. The first one I got was a 6 week version free with a fitness magazine, the second 12 week diary I got from Amazon and I have just ordered a third!
It is more usefull than just scribling in any old notebook.

I’ve purchased and I use the above for myself and a friend. We’ve added our own bits for your 8 glasses of water and your 5 a day. It is great. You keep a track of what you have had and the calories. You can go to the website and get info on calories etc. Once a week we add up what we have had and discuss how we are going to improve our food / exercise etc for the following week. Better than joining a diet club.

Love it, it fits inside my handbag and it gives you space to write in all you eat and all exercise you do. plus it gives you space to monitor progress….highly recommend it.
