    This book is so different from other exercise books I have. It makes exercise easy to fit into your day and allows it to become part of your lifestyle. Additionally, the system with how she has you exercise makes it so easy. I have yet to get sore working out like this, but I am toning up really well. My waistline and hips are developing a beautiful, curvy look to them.

    I’ve lost 2 stone in 8 weeks by following her advice. Buy em all she makes sense :-) As a Science professional it just proves that there is always more to learn. She has totally fixed my body and weight issues :-) Hurrah!!!!!!
