Another critical factor in weight loss is eating the proper diet. You can work out as much as you want, but unless you start eating healthy, you’re probably not going to reach your goals. Working out will provide you with some weight loss, but without the proper diet, it’s kind of like shooting yourself in the foot. If you really want to get skinny again, you’re going to have to eat right and exercise. A lot of people get one or the other right, but true success comes when you combine the two approaches.
