1. Always, everyday I start my day with 30 minutes of cardio, any type just 30 minutes, jogging, running, incline walking, plyometrics, or a basic neighborhood walk.

2. Always, everyday drink 1 gallon of water, 64 ounces before 11:00am and 64 ounces before 3pm.

3. Always, everyday eat a healthy clean breakfast, 3 egg whites and 1/2 cup oatmeal.

4. Always, everyday eat a brown rice cake with 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter.

5. Always, everyday take 1 fork, 1 pack of tuna, and 1 apple and pack it in my handbag for an emergency meal.

6. Always, everyday pack my cooler with 4 clean meals minimum.

7. Always, everyday eat 5 to 6 small clean meals.

8. Always, everyday plan my workout before I get to the gym.

9. Always, everyday put my workout clothes by the sink before I go to bed so it is easy for me to put them on in the am to start with 30 minutes of cardio.

10. Always, everyday begin with a positive mental attitude and focus on what I can eat instead on what I should not eat.
