Question by Jenna: Effective weight loss in under two months?
Hey everyone! i just wanted some tips and tricks from people who have had effective weight loss! im trying to lose a few before summer hits, and just wanted a few ideas for exercise programs, diets, workout videos, ect. im a woman, so girls your POV would be greatly appreciated! thanx!

    hey! i have been on a diet since january and lost 50 pounds! what i did was for breakfast i ate yogurt, lunch i ate salad and for dinner i ate salad fruit and yogurt. i also went to the gym in my building and went on the treadmill for an hour with an incline of 8.0 and speed of 3.0. if you try that then you will burn about 400 calories per hour! and do not eat after 7pm. also eating like i am, you burn more than you ate at the gym that day. try to go to a gym around 7pm. i hope i helped.

    From here, figure out how much weight you want to lose and set a goal a goal weight.

    Keep in mind that 3500 calories = 1 pound AND you shouldn’t lose more than 1-2 lbs a week.

    So, if you want to lose 1 lb, you need to cut at least 3500 from your weekly diet. This can either be done by reducing your calories and/or burning calories (working out).

    Keep a daily log, write down everything you consume and work out. Roughly 30 minutes of aerobic exercise will burn 300 calories. Cut 200 Cal’s from you daily diet and that’s 500 calories gone in a day (500 x 7 days in a week = 3500 Cal’s (aka 1 lb))!!

    the best thing you can do to lose weight is to have a positive attitude about it. also, look into getting an electronic body fat calculator, as the scale isn’t very accurate if you’re putting on muscle as well. change up your routine so you don’t get bored and distraught.
