question Starlight : Why is morbidly obese people to lose weight so quickly on these shows weight loss ? On the Biggest Loser for example, they lose nearly £ 17 a week, I see men that are well beyond the fall of the mark £ 400 to 190 in four months, it is simply absurd. Is not this a healthy weight loss no more than four pounds per month, they are giving these people the speed or something or is it the severely obese have a faster mechanism for weight loss when they begin to exercise. Does anyone sait.Meilleure response:

It is easier for them to lose weight because they have more weight. For example, it would be impossible for a man to lose 175 pounds to 50 pounds. What do you think? Answer below!

Well, they exercise about 6-7 hours a day on The Biggest Loser and the heavier you are, the more calories you burn. Here’s a little example: My dad burns about 138 calories running a mile. I burn about 115 calories running a mile. He weighs more, so he burns more.

Because, they are new to exercising and being on a health diet. Just by getting up && moving they burn lots of calories…their bodies aren’t use to it. When someone has been onthe same diet && work out plan they have to change it to something different to lose more..or they will only keep their weight from increasing. Here’s an example you put 200 pounds of fat that as grown used to a certain speed and you increase it by a huge amount it comes off quicker, but when it gets smaller or to the core and use to the speed it harder to burn or come off…because its tightened && became healther& stronger…so its harder to lose.
